The aim of this study was to investigate the effects 1.5, 3.0 and 4.5 kJ/m2 UV-C illumination doses on postharvest quality fresh fig (cv. Bursa Siyahi). For purpose, fruit were stored at 0 ºC temperature with 90-95% humidity for 21 days some fruits kept 20 °C 3 simulate a period shelf-life. treatments did not affect firmness, total soluble solids, titratable acidity content during cold storage On other hand, increased phenolic antioxidant activity compared control. In both conditions, found be more effective control unmarketable rate. conclusion, dose can in maintaining harvested 2/3 maturity stage.
